Know to hobbyists as the "spin top" the V-23 was introduced in 1949 as an alternative to the larger upright machines. The "23" has a large front door that pulls out revealing an area for storage of Coca-Cola.  To use the machine,m you insert a coin, turn the star handle, open the bottle door and pull out your soda.  They came in two versions a Standard and a Deluxe. The logo on the Deluxe is embossed and the top is either silver or white.  Vends 23 small bottles and pre-cools 7.
